As bike riders, we appreciated the convenient bicycle storage and repair workshop offered by the hotel. The continental breakfast was a great way to fuel up before our rides. The staff, especially Adolfo, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported throughout our stay. Their assistance with finding nearby restaurants and calling cabs was greatly appreciated.

We felt welcomed into the family and had no complaints during our stay.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Rome and had a great experience. The staff at Domus Urbis was friendly and the room was clean and quiet. The WiFi worked well and towels were provided. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options, including pastries, cold cuts, and even boiled eggs. We also appreciated the 24-hour reception and the convenient location near a shopping center and local restaurant. we found the value for money to be excellent and would recommend this hotel to others.

Nothing, no complaints at all. 🌟

I chose this hotel for attending a brainstorming session as it provided 2 meeting rooms available for events. The staff was accommodating and the meeting facilities were sufficient for our needs. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby amenities. it was a satisfactory experience.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or workspace. While the meeting rooms were available, I would have appreciated a designated area with computers and printing facilities for any last-minute work requirements.

Budget hotel in a green area close to airport, and tourist attractions, old city and airport. Reasonably spacious rooms, affable staff on the Sunday shift Nov. Unbeatable and exceptionally nice location with private parking next to the venue.

We stayed at Domus Urbis for our visit to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints temple. The location was great, just a mile away, and we could even catch glimpses of the temple from some of the windows. The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations with a variety of choices, including a delicious yogurt and cereal combo and amazing pastries. The staff was excellent, especially the housekeeping maid on our floor who went out of her way to help me retrieve my key. The professionalism of the Sunday shift crew was exceptional.

    Totally recommend this hotel.

The rooms at Domus Urbis were absolutely perfect for me as a beach lover. I felt like I was on a coastal vacation with the refreshing air conditioning and cozy wardrobe. The private bathroom with its rainfall showerhead made me feel like I was under a tropical waterfall. Plus, having a flat-screen TV to relax in front of after a day at the beach was just the cherry on top.

The only thing I didn't love was the bidet in the bathroom. It's just not my cup of tea, but I understand that others might appreciate it.

I chose Domus Urbis because I really wanted to visit Chiesa di San Giuseppe a Via Nomentana. However, the highly trained multilingual staff pleasantly surprised me with their assistance and language skills. I also enjoyed the convenience of the large hotel restaurant, where I could enjoy a meal or snacks at the coffee shop/café. The shared lounge and bar/lounge added to the overall comfort and relaxation of my stay. The complimentary buffet breakfast provided a great start to each day.

The beds at Domus Urbis were extremely uncomfortable, like sleeping on bricks. The air conditioner was also broken and not fixed as promised.

I felt so at home at this amazing holiday home, I never wanted to leave! The facilities were fantastic, from the large restaurant to the beautiful garden. The staff were friendly, and the complimentary Wi-Fi was a bonus.

I just loved how far this hotel was from everything. Who wants to be close to the city center when you can spend hours on public transport?
